AU’s, maybe?

yeah, you cant make an au thread and think we wont demand to know what you got.

back when i was more actively into homestuck i was sooo into all the dark edgy horror aus but these days im usually just "it would be funny if there was a minecraft au" "what if i slapped angel wings and halos on everyone" etc etc

id love to hear of your AU's, my personal favs are the davesprite timeline (does this count? likely not lol) and also what would happen if nepeta played flarp despite equius' telling off. it leads me to many questions sich as if she could have been manipulated by vriska to use her rougey hearty powers to get more food for the spider lusus, also what would happen to equius if he didnt have his meowrail around? its such a fun thought.

humanstuck is absolutely wonderful so that’s fair- my humanstuck au exists so I can project but I already do that with headcanons lol

i love aus that deal with the consequences of minute changes in canon, like what if [character] didn't die, or some other small change - how would that change events moving forward? What would be better, and what would be worse?
These kinds of aus also open up possibilites for further development of characters and/or relationships (not nessecarily romantic, i find it interesting to think of how characters who don't interact much in canon would interact w/eachother) that maybe didn't get much focus in canon, which i enjoy a lot!

Also I'm a big fan of Eridan as a character, so tbh most of the time I think about AUs, they involve him...cause as triflingAnomaly said, i feel like he wasn't used much as a character (and i neeed to think about him or i explode lmao)

Humanstuck and time travel is also interesting, although I admit I haven't thought about them very much.

this ones. weird and insane but. junepeta scream au. in which basically every character is a trans girl. basically it just follows the plot of the first movie, but with: june as billy, nepeta as stu, rose as sidney, jade as tatum, and dove as randy! i just. junerosejadedovenep love polygon but also murders. is so <3 i also have jake as dewey and feferi as casey (meaning eridan is the football player who dies in the first scene lmao) but honestly im more of a fan of the girls <3

that reminded me that i made this. and its hardly an au but i will take any excuse to make as many people as possible see this stupid piece of art.
