Pixel, or pixel pop, is an electronic music subgenre that takes a lot of inspirations from 80's and 90's 8 and 16 bit music. It's the genre of chiptune melodies. Stuff like :3 by SHOOB2000 or Spiff'ed It's little BeepBox melody are some examples of pixel music.

Oh I like this. Hardstop, it's been added to my Liked Subgenre's LOL
I believe I've heard some songs in this subgenre before, but it was never stated sadly. Woulda made it much easier to find more songs like 'em B(

my top artist are alexg, the microphones and weezer/100 gecs
i kinda hate music i find it hard to like new stuff my taste is so pequiliar but i will always try to listen to new stuff that people rec le lol.
i think genre wise its gotta be altrock (kinda) folk/anti-folk and most indie pop melo stuff yknoiw

any/all, love will win despite anything and everything against it.

On the hs fansongs side of things I like phemiec(because you can never go wrong with sweet, or ugly story) another fansong I think Is really good is called the siren by evidentlyfresh !!

personally i can't really identify a specific genre that i like (i'll listen to pretty much anything with a guitar and some vocal imperfections i'm not very picky) but lately i've been listening to a lot of the dog park dissidents and cat crash, and ive pretty much always been a fan of radiohead. obligatory mention for the undertale soundtrack obviously.

also i saw will wood mentioned a bunch in this thread and yeah i have to agree with that

Oh my goodness, the Undertale soundtrack is so good, just banger after banger, for almost any mood too! Good rec BD

yeah np !

i think the best radiohead album is ok computer, so i would recommend that whole thing. also bodysnatchers and bangers + mash are really good. creep is the most popular song but i would avoid it because its also the worst one

Radiohead is pretty interesting. I like the song 'Subterranean Alien' best out of that album, and the two you suggested are pretty good as well!
Also, as always, the Will Wood songs continue to be bangers. I expected nothing less BP

I haven't heard a lot of will wood's music, but from what I have heard, if you like it I recommend the band Sarah And The Safe Word! I love their music, I have their album 'Strange Doings In The Night' on vinyl, which has my favorite song of theirs 'So Metropolitan' in it. I'm not very good at identifying genres in songs so I don't know what my favorite genre would be (I'm not very picky), but my favorite band has to be Voxtrot. Saw them live last September, it was awesome!! :9

You were spot on with Sarah And The Safe Word, they're more intense than some of Will Wood's song but overall the vibe is there!
Voxtrot is pretty good too! They have that kind of small indie band vibe that I love. (I don't know how else to describe it lol)
