like stated in the big rules, you have the state whether you're a minor or not. that doesn't mean you have to state your age, if you're not comfortable, but you do have to state if you're a minor.
that's the only NECESSARY inclusion. some recommended inclusions are your name (or whatever you'd prefer to be called), your pronouns, and whether your PMs are open or not. it's up to you, but i would strongly advise including those.
anything else is up to you! feel free to link any social medias or things like neocities sites in your intro.
