is personal classpecting stupid

What i ended up doing with some friends when I was in highschool was classpecting myself and two of my friends but we did it discussion style- like backing up our reasoning and shit and going back and forth. i feel like its a fun way to get a say in what you consider to be your classpect while still getting other peoples opinions- but when it comes down to it its all just for fun and power to those who wanna give themself whatever classpect they want! its def easier to classpect characters than real people though hehe

oh yeah internal bias could def affect how someone classpects themself- in middle school i decided i was a rogue of heart (i am decidedly not) and im sure youll never guess why ahah!

i think personal classpecting rocks honestly! its very fun ^_^

AS for why mage of light ends up being so popular as a mage of light id maybe say its because the people who tend to dive really deep into classpecting end up skewing light/mage -wards? simply because light is the aspect of general, undiscerning knowledge, and mage is the class which falls closest to a researcher. i personally havent seen a whole lot of mage of lights, so it could also be a the people you surround yourself with?

for me i tend to narrativise my life & have noticed specific """"themes"""" within my lifetime which is a Very Funny thing to say about a human life but whatever. while its hard to narrow it down to Only One classpect for me its like. it's so obvious haha it may just be a me thing? but yeah!

i agree that an outside perspective is very helpful! but i also think that other people's views of you can be just as skewed as your view of yourself. i think it would be hard to find a classpect that fit anybody perfectly, so whatever feels right at a given moment is what i like to use :^) mine has switched up a few times over the years
